Our mission is to deliver reliable container solutions for kitchens, toilets, and shelters.
Shrijay Urban Solution Pvt. Ltd. works in the area of engineering and fabrication, mainly supplying environment-controlled container units for defence and other critical requirements. The company designs and builds mobile as well as static containers including kitchens, toilets and shelter units. These are made to operate in difficult terrain and extreme weather conditions.
Most of the focus is on strength, insulation and usability rather than fancy design. Manufacturing is carried out at our 20,000 sq. ft. facility where units are assembled, fitted and checked as per defence and industry norms before dispatch.
The company is led by Mr. Manoj Lalani, Founder and CEO, and is supported by Directors Mr. Himanshu Lalani and Mr. Garv Lalani. The management team is closely involved in day-to-day operations and project execution.
All major activities such as trailer fabrication, PIR panel insulation, electrical wiring, plumbing and quality inspection are handled in-house. This helps in controlling timelines and maintaining consistency, especially for large volume defence supplies.
At present, Shrijay Urban Solution is executing an order for more than 200 container units including shelters, kitchens and toilets for the Indian Air Force. The project is currently under execution and is being carried out as per agreed technical specifications and delivery schedules.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Manoj Lalani is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Shrijay Urban Solution Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 33 years of entrepreneurial leadership across manufacturing, infrastructure, and technology-led businesses. His journey reflects a rare blend of on-ground operational expertise, strategic foresight, and a deep commitment to building organisations that are process-driven, performance-focused, and people-centric. Known for his ability to navigate complex industrial environments and changing market cycles, he sets the strategic direction and culture of Shrijay with clarity, discipline, and long-term vision.
As CEO, he anchors the company’s focus on precision engineering, cost efficiency, and defence-grade quality in every solution delivered. Drawing on decades of experience in manufacturing and fabrication of LPG gas cylinders, pressure vessels, Air Force containers, and steel container infrastructure through entities such as Suburban Industries, he brings a deep understanding of heavy engineering and stringent safety standards. His leadership extends beyond industry into the entrepreneurial ecosystem—serving as Executive Director at BNI Bhubaneswar, where he mentors over 350 entrepreneurs, and as TBO for Bhubaneswar in The Alternative Board (TAB), guiding business owners on strategy, governance, and sustainable growth.
Earlier, Mr. Lalani successfully ran IT retail and system integration businesses for more than 25 years, giving him a strong technology and customer-service orientation that complements his manufacturing background. This multi-sector exposure enables him to connect operations, finance, technology, and market development into a cohesive growth strategy for Shrijay. His ability to build high-performance teams, nurture long-standing industry and business networks, and uphold reliability and ethics places him at the forefront of the company’s credibility, resilience, and expansion in the defence and infrastructure space.
Mr. Garv Lalani
Director – Business Operations & Finance
Mr. Garv Lalani is a dynamic, detail-oriented and growth-driven professional who blends a background in business law with hands-on experience in strategic operations and finance. As Operations Director at BNI Bhubaneswar, he contributes to building systems that strengthen chapter performance, member engagement and leadership support across the region, while actively anchoring high-energy business events and networking initiatives.
He has been associated with BNI Bhubaneswar since its formative years and plays a key role in scaling the organisation’s footprint through structured processes, large-format platforms like BizPro, and consistent support to chapter leadership teams. His calm, systems-driven style, coupled with a focus on measurable outcomes, enables him to design and execute initiatives that enhance visibility, collaboration and referral-driven business for members.
At Shrijay Urban Solution, a manufacturing-focused enterprise based in Bhubaneswar, Mr. Lalani oversees accounting, financial oversight and core operational coordination, ensuring process integrity, compliance and disciplined growth across activities. A graduate of KIIT School of Law with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) in Business Laws, he brings legal clarity, financial prudence and cross-functional coordination together—making him instrumental to both organisational stability and long-term scalability.

Mr. Himanshu Lalani represents the next generation of leadership at Shrijay Urban Solution Pvt. Ltd. He brings a strong blend of manufacturing experience, project execution capability, and strategic insight shaped through his work across production, marketing, large-scale fabrication projects, and management consulting at Deloitte .
At Shrijay, he oversees operations, procurement, workforce management, payments, and overall planning, ensuring seamless execution of defence manufacturing programs and alignment across production activities. An MBA in Business Management further strengthens his structured, analytical approach, enabling efficient decision-making and disciplined operational delivery.
His hands-on leadership, industry understanding, and cross-functional experience significantly enhance the company’s ability to deliver reliable, defence-grade container solutions at scale.
